These screw into the sand and hold the umbrella from blowing away. I used them when I took my grandson to the beach but he is older now and so am I. I am moving, don' t let them go to the trash. Pickup in Whitman near the park.

A friend has a 35 inch flat tv for the taking. I was told it is three years old yet doesn't work very well. So if you're handy and you can fix it, you can come pick it up.

Used but decent condition upright piano. Used for decoration but will play although unlikely in tune. Built between 1942-1946 according to the serial number. It's heavy and will need 3-4 people to move. It's currently by the front door on the first floor with about 8 steps down the front porch to the street. About 56" wide, 23" deep and 44" tall and includes the stool. In Quincy.
